I'm not the Michael in question, but for my move I got one of those coffee pots with the "auto" feature. That means that 10 minutes before the alarm goes off, the coffee starts (if I set it up the night before, and I do). Of course coffee "snobs" will say the water is not cold (and with the temp inside the apartment at 80+ normally...in Wisconsin...in the winter -- but I do not pay for heat! that is true). One of the best things of my new life. What I forgot about? Well, since the pot is only about 25 feet from the bed, I hear it before the alarm goes off.....but the smell, and that first early sip? Heaven!!!
