I heard this one last week. I was flabbergasted. Not least because Robert Siegel, the reporter Chertoff was speaking to, had an NPR reporter on the other line, standing at the Convention Center. Idiots. Dangerous, terrifying idiots.

you people make me sick this is a crises happeing and all you can do is point and laugh well you know what grow up i mean your all acting like 4 year old's that don't know any better!

I think if you'd bothered to read this post and others on the same topic, you'd see that indeed, we know there is a crisis, and we are pointing out that it was not (and is not!) being handled in anything like a competent manner. The administration's inability to listen to any information given them during the floods was one of the main reasons help did not get to those who needed it. This was one glaring example.
